Meet Elizabeth Paucar Harris

Founder & Health Care Innovator

G. Elizabeth Paucar Harris is a New York native and has over twenty+ years of experience in various administrative and senior management roles within the financial industry, working for top Fortune 100 investment banking companies such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Then having moved to South Florida almost seventeen years ago, she quickly moved up the corporate ladder onto her role as the Chief of Staff for RSA Group, formerly known as Royal & SunAlliance, the seventh largest global property and casualty insurance company. Her main contribution was to align Latin America’s business units to corporate’s agenda and goals to drive a high performance organization.

Elizabeth then continued onto her role as the Human Resources Director of CU Business Capital, an investment bank, where she created, structured and rolled out an efficient, effective and objective HR administration in efforts to build, strengthen and retain talent; develop and maintain performance talent and implemented successful training practices for employees.

A Passion for Care Beyond the Ordinary

Elizabeth was the Director of International Services with 21st Century Oncology, largest radiation oncology care provider with over 160+ centers worldwide, over 3,000+ employees.  She was with 21c for seven+ years and responsible for International business development and creating, structuring and marketing the international program with a healthcare concierge service for patients from abroad seeking oncology care. Realizing there was a dire need for patients to smoothly and easily access quality oncology care, she spearheaded the department to what today offers a very humane and personalized, hand-holding service. Patients from many different countries seek their care on a daily basis as they entrust Elizabeth and her team to guide them step-by-step on their difficult journey of a cancer diagnosis. Their program has grown exponentially year after year and she is very proud of being able to help people during their difficult times. One of her many passions is being a strong patient advocate and navigator and has been able to assist many charitable cases through her work at 21C.

Patient Concierge Services with Exclusive Access

Out of this strong passion for helping patients around the globe, H.O.P.E., Helping Our People Everywhere, Patient Concierge Services was born.  After 21C’s departure, the most natural transition for her was to continue to help people with services and treatments not readily available in their home country through her own concierge company. She continues to hand hold closely patients in their most difficult times, usually the cancer journey, however assists in other areas of healthcare as well. She and her team are able to manage each case closely from the moment they are contacted and ensures the patient gets access to quality help they need from expediting appointments, managing the case care, communicating with all parties involved, accessing the most cost-effective medical services and treatments– all with the compassion and care patients deserve. This service is open to all patients, with or without insurance, looking to be assisted throughout the U.S.A., Canada and Colombia (for patients with no visa), as a service. 

At the same time, she is a Director with H.O.P.E. & PRAD Radiation Partners Ltd., which has the consulting service providing healthcare services consulting to providers within the healthcare industry, covering the Caribbean and Latin America. Expert assistance in providing medical services and treatments in countries where they may not have the technology or expertise by bringing in medical experts to educate, consult and see patients.

Health Care Entrepreneur, Patient Advocate, Mother and Friend

On her free time, Elizabeth spends time with family, as she has a daughter of 18 years old. She also is heavily involved as a volunteer for Women In Distress, it being one of her callings in life, is to assist survivors and children of domestic violence. Ultimately, she desires to launch charitable initiatives to help all vulnerable, abused populations to include those with disabilities and challenges, the elderly, teens and children and eventually, animals.

Elizabeth received her B.B.A. specializing in Human Resources Management, minoring in Organizational Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Bernard Baruch College in New York, NY. She is trained as a Volunteer in dealing with Domestic Violence Survivors. She is board certified as Holistic Health Practitioner by American Board of Drugless Practitioners. She holds a license for skincare specialist in state of Florida.

Meet ​Tiffany Perez, CHeS, BCPA

Director of Support Services, Patient Support Services

​Tiffany Perez, CHeS, BCPA, is the Director of Support Services, Patient Support Services, H.O.P.E. Patient Concierge Services, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Founder and President, Genesis Navigation, Sunrise, FL. At the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Science, Washington, DC, she obtained her Certified Health Education Specialist certification, and she obtained her Board-Certified Patient Advocate certification through the Patient Advocate Certification Board, Sherwood, AR.

As a patient navigator with more than 15 years of experience in the United States and 5 years internationally, she is dedicated to removing barriers from clinical research to insurance issues, to finding physicians, and understanding treatment and care options. At H.O.P.E., Helping Our People Everywhere., Ms. Perez serves as the coach, cheerleader, and quarterback of her patients’ healthcare team, and works closely with family members and caregivers to mobilize resources, manage medical paperwork, and transition patients throughout the cancer care continuum.
